1. (Improvement) The initial login method on the login page can now be preset with a ?method=local or ?method=active-directory query parameter.

3. (Fix) On Resource Gantt charts, the bar color of a use instruction was sometimes incorrect.
4. (Fix) Closing the license authentication management dialog no longer throws an error.

1. (Fix) On Gantt charts, line breaks defined in "Resource left part text expression" or "Order left part text expression" were incorrectly rendered as whitespaces.
2. (Fix) User search on the invitation dialog of a project now returns partial matches against user ID and Name. Previously, an exact match was required. (from v.26.1.3)
3. (Improvement) When downloading a new version of the Plugin using its built-in downloader, the full path of the downloaded file is shown in the dialog after downloading.

Improvements and Bug Fixes​

1. (Improvement) Unassigned operation groups are now included when uploading the Operation Table if at least one of the group's member operations is scheduled during the upload period.
2. (Bugfix) Alerts regarding license expiration were correctly not hidden after pressing "Hide temporarily" buttons, making them appear immediately after reloading.
3. (Bugfix) If a number greater than 24 was set to "Remove old transactions" configuration, the server silently ignored the setting, resulting in old results not removed.
4. (Bugfix) Array properties not correctly uploaded on table-like views. Only the first member of the array was uploaded.
5. (Bugfix) On rare occasion, the online update failed to update the Control Panel (MySchedule.exe) even though the other components were successfully updated. This resulted in lost integrity of the package and future online updates' failures.

Resource Gantt Chart​

Display URLs​

By setting the operation's property "(My Schedule) Operation URL" (Work_MyScheduleOperationURL) and uploading the resource Gantt chart, a button to open that URL will be displayed on the timeline. This property can be set either as a virtual property or as a regular property with a value.

Note that only URLs with the schemes http://, https://, or file:// can be opened from My Schedule.

Other Improvements and Bug Fixes​

1. (Improvement) Changed the design of the login screen when Active Directory user authentication is configured.
2. (Improvement) Users can now set a "display name". Currently, the display name is only used for the username display while logged in (upper right of the page).
3. (Improvement) Added a "Show password" button to the password input field on the login screen.
4. (Improvement) Changed the name of the fingerprint file generated when authenticating My Schedule with e-Protector to asfingerprint_myschedule_TIMESTAMP.c2v. This is to distinguish it from fingerprint files of NLS and Asprova e-Protector.
5. (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where uploading the resource Gantt chart would fail when a label was attached to an operation without a main resource.
6. (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where retrieving the creation log file would fail when My Schedule is authenticated using e-Protector but the e-Protector is in an invalid state such as being expired.
7. (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue in the resource Gantt chart where connection lines were drawn incorrectly for linked operations that have an overlap method of ESE, SSEEE, EES, or ESSEE but are not split.

1. (fix) Work_ResultStartTime could be corrupted when the following conditions were met.

   • Datetime format setting was set to DD/MM/YYYY.
   • Work_ResultStartTime was already set when data are uploaded from Asprova.
   • The operation has been made "completed" by clicking "Finish" buttons on DispatchingView or OperationTable.

2. (fix) "Start" button was shown when an operation's status is "started" but Work_ResultStartTime is empty.

3. (fix) Online license session incorrectly invalidated when the client's IP address has appeared to be changed to the license server.

4. (fix) Operations of "started" status incorrectly made "completed" when downloading results to Asprova when "Set operation's status to complete automatically" setting is enabled.

1. (fix) Brought back Resource gantt's Process map, that was accidentally removed in ver.26.1.
2. (fix) When results were registered on gantt charts, they were not immediately reflected in the views on some occasion.

Results​

Reported main resource and Reported scrap quantity​

It is now possible to enter "Reported main resource" and "Reported scrap quantity" on My Schedule in the Result edit dialog. These properties will appear in the dialog after enabling them through "Allow keying following result properties" project settings.

Project admin settings​

The following project admin settings are introduced.

• Automatically set "ResultObtainTime" with "Start" and "Finish" buttons: When enabled, set "ResultObtainTime" of an operation based automatically to the time the "Start" and "Finish" buttons are pressed. "ResultObtainTime" is set to null when disabled.
• Allow finishing operations without starting: When enabled, the "Finish" button can be clicked even if the operation has not been started. The ResultStartTime will remain empty.
• Set operation's status to complete automatically: When enabled, the server automatically changes an operation's status to "complete" when the reported quantity reaches the production quantity, or when the reported progress reaches 100%.

Other improvements and fixes​

• (fix) When creating a user who logs in to My Schedule by authenticating himself with Active Directory, specifying values not formatted as UserPrincipalName as username is now an error. Entering sAMAccountName as username when logging in continues to be valid.
• (improvement) On table-like views, added an option to display all rows.
• (fix) On Resource gantt chart, when there were only non-production use-instructions for an operation on a resource, the operation could be displayed twice on the timeline.
• (fix) On Resource gantt chart, when only the resource lock of an operation overlapped the upload period, the resource lock was not displayed.
• (improvement) It is now possible to scroll on the "Chart" area of gantt charts, in addition to "Table" area and "Calendar Header" area.
• (fix) Result timestamps such as "Reported start time" could be determined as if the project's timezone was set to UTC when registering results immediately after loading a view.
• (fix) It was impossible to enter "Reported quantity" greater than "Production quantity."
• (improvement) Upon opening My Schedule Settings on Asprova, invalid style names set in the past are now removed automatically.
• (fix) On Resource gantt chart, 24h shift (00:00-24:00) was regarded as non-existent in appearance.

1. Fixed an issue that the plugin cannot correctly download result data.
2. Fixed issues in the online update process where obsolete files could not be deleted and certain folders were abnormally locked, preventing their removal.

2. Fixed an issue in the Gantt charts where Gantt bars became misaligned when Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays were hidden.

License​

Backup e-Protector​

Backup e-Protectors are special type of protectors which are meant to be used temporarily in case of the main server's failure. If your server is authenticated with an e-Protector, one backup e-Protector can be issued. Customers whose server is authenticated with online license will not receive backup e-Protector, because it is trivial to move a license between servers.

Project Management​

Change view names​

Each project view (Resource Gantt, Dispatching View, etc.) can now have custom name per project, which are configured by the project admins.

Changes can be made with buttons on the right bottom corner of each views on the project settings page.

If you change a view's name, the view will be displayed with the new name on the project. This applies to all users on the project.

Sorting / hiding views​

On project page, each user can now arrange the order of the project views and hide some if they want so. This enables customization of the project page to suit each user's assignments.

On the project page, press "Arrange" button to customize. You can reorder views with drag and drop. To hide a view, press the top left button.

1. Added support for Active Directory authentication (Experimental Feature). Once the Active Directory connection is configured, you can now create Active Directory users who can log in with their AD username and password.
2. Rolled back an update to the build tools. This update was causing an issue where plugins were not functioning correctly.
3. Use instruction text on the Resource Gantt Chart will now extend beyond its cell boundaries when there is sufficient space.

1. Plugin Build Tool Update: The plugin build tool has been updated.
2. Detailed Error Messages: Detailed error messages are now displayed when a plugin-side upload fails.
3. System Time Mismatch Error: An appropriate error message is now displayed if an upload fails due to a system time mismatch between the plugin (Asprova) and the backend.

1. Fixed the problem of not being able to start My Schedule server when features for AutoMPS is disabled (because of no corresponding license). This has affected nearly every My Schedule user.
2. Fixed the bug that happens when specifying style in URL for Dispatching View and Operation Table.
3. The plugin will output more detailed log when encountering networking issues.
